Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted online via the Abstract Submission Portal, which you can access using the button below.

The portal will guide you step by step through the submission process. Please note that abstracts must be submitted by copying and pasting the text directly into the portal — uploads as documents (e.g. Word or PDF files) are not accepted.

To begin, you must first create a Contact Profile in the Contact Information tab. Once your contact has been created, additional tabs will become available, allowing you to complete and submit your abstract.

Each tab on the left-hand side of the portal represents a required step in the submission process. You may save your work at any time by clicking “Save as Draft” and return to complete your submission later. The Review section provides an overview of any sections that still need to be completed before submission. Once all required fields are complete, you can submit your abstract via the Submit section.

Abstract Guidelines

Please submit a clear and well-structured abstract of up to 1,000 words. We strongly encourage the use of headings, such as:

• Background (research problem, literature context, significance)

• Objectives (specific aims or research questions)

• Data and Methods (including preliminary findings, if available)

• Preliminary Conclusions (if available)
