Please note that accommodation at Trinity College Dublin is limited and can be booked through the registration portal only. Due to limited availability we strongly recommend registering as early as possible to secure a room at Trinity College Dublin.

Registration Fees & Dates

  • Early Registration: January 2026 – 28 February 2026

  • Standard Registration: 1 March 2026 – 30 April 2026

  • Late Registration: From 1 May 2026 onwards

We have secured discounted group rates at a number of hotels located within walking distance of Trinity College Dublin.

If you were unable to secure accommodation at Trinity College Dublin, we strongly recommend booking one of the alternative hotels at your earliest convenience.

Please note that the conference takes place during a busy tourist season in Dublin. Early booking is highly recommended to ensure availability and to secure the best possible rates.
